Compliance & Verification

One credential published in full, four inspection gates on our own line, and a written list of what we do not claim.

No unverifiable claims. Here is exactly what Kingone holds, what we do not hold, and how you can check every line of it before you place an order.

What we hold

  • Audit standard: SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) — labour standards, health and safety, environment, business ethics.

  • Sedex member number: ZAA600189207.

  • Last audited: 9 March 2026.

  • Held by: Wenzhou Kingone Industrial Co., Ltd. — our trading entity. The audit covers this entity, not a separate manufacturing site.

  • Production: our own plant in Wenzhou, Zhejiang — filing and document organisation products since 2010.

  • Related stationery and office categories are delivered through a vetted, integrated supply chain; at RFQ stage we tell you which facility holds which credential.

Verify it yourself

Our Sedex membership number is ZAA600189207, audited on 9 March 2026. You can confirm it directly on the Sedex platform. We publish the number rather than a logo, because a logo on a page proves nothing.

What we do NOT claim

We do not hold BSCI, FSC, ISO or GRS in our own name, and we will not imply that we do.

The SMETA 4-Pillar audit is a social compliance audit of our own trading entity. It is not a product test and does not substitute for REACH SVHC, EN71, CPSIA, Prop 65 or FSC — those are arranged per programme through an accredited laboratory and quoted with your RFQ.

We do not extend our own certificate to facilities in the integrated supply chain. Where a category comes from one, we name the facility and its credentials at RFQ stage rather than let our audit stand in for theirs.

We do not publish staged plant photography, and we do not use stock or AI-generated imagery to represent our production. Production photographs we publish are taken at our own plant, as it is — and until a real photograph exists, we publish the page without one.

We do not open a private mould below the customised minimum for that product, and we do not quote a single MOQ that fits every drawing.

How you can verify us

Check the Sedex record — member ZAA600189207, audit dated 9 March 2026.
Appoint your own inspector — SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek, at our Wenzhou plant, or at the facility producing your order where a category comes from the integrated supply chain, at your cost.
Request a redacted test report where one exists for the product family you are sourcing.

Our QC process

Orders produced at our own plant pass four gates, applied on our own line:

  • IQC — incoming material checked against the spec sheet.

  • IPQC — in-process checks at die-cutting, welding, printing and assembly.

  • FQC — function and appearance check on finished goods.

  • OQC — outgoing audit, carton and packing verification before container loading.

Each gate is recorded with measurements and photographs, not a pass-or-fail email, and any gate can be opened to a buyer-appointed third-party inspector. If a gate fails, the goods do not move.
Where a category comes from the integrated supply chain, we tell you at RFQ stage who applies the gates and what records they provide — we do not present their records as ours.

Order terms

MOQ stock designs: 500 pcs per model. MOQ customised: from 1,000 pcs per model, quoted against your drawing. Payment: 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy. FOB ports: Ningbo, with Shanghai and Guangzhou available. Producing since 2010, with around 90% of our volume shipping to export markets.

FAQ

How do I confirm the Sedex audit?
Search member number ZAA600189207 on the Sedex platform; the record shows the 9 March 2026 audit date.

Will you let my inspector into the plant?
Yes — the plant is ours, so access is ours to arrange. SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek at our Wenzhou facility, or at the facility producing your order for integrated supply chain categories, at your cost.

What if I need BSCI or FSC?
We hold SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) in our own name. We do not hold BSCI, FSC, ISO or GRS. Tell us the requirement at RFQ stage and we will say in writing what we can arrange and what we cannot.

Does your Sedex audit cover product safety?
No. It is a social compliance audit of our trading entity. Product testing — REACH SVHC, EN71, CPSIA, Prop 65, FSC — is arranged per programme through an accredited laboratory and quoted with your RFQ.
