Print & finish: colour, logo placement, coating, custom packaging.
Quantity: per model and per shipment.
Target market & standard: any audit, test or certification your programme requires.
Drawing or physical reference: we do not quote a custom item from a description alone.

Verification before you commit

Every order passes four inspection gates on our own line — IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC — each recorded with measurements and photographs, and any gate can be opened to a buyer-appointed inspector (SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek). Where a category comes from the integrated supply chain, we name the facility at RFQ stage and arrange access there.

We are a Sedex member, membership number ZAA600189207, holding a SMETA 4-Pillar audit dated 9 March 2026. We do not hold BSCI, FSC, ISO or GRS, and the SMETA audit is not a product test — REACH SVHC, EN71, CPSIA, Prop 65 and FSC testing is arranged per programme through an accredited laboratory.

FAQ

What is the minimum I can order?
500 pcs per model for stock designs; from 1,000 pcs per model for customised work, quoted against your drawing.

How long does sampling take?
We return a physical sample made on the line that will run your order, against your approved reference, before volume production. Lead time depends on the product and is quoted with your RFQ.

Can I inspect the plant?
Yes — our Wenzhou plant. SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek, at your cost. For categories delivered through the integrated supply chain, we name the producing facility and arrange access there.

Do you make everything you sell?
Filing and document organisation products run on our own line. Related stationery and office categories come from our vetted supply chain. We tell you which is which at RFQ stage.
