A Wenzhou manufacturer of filing and document organisation products since 2010, with an integrated supply chain for related stationery and office lines.

Kingone is a Wenzhou-based manufacturer of filing and document organisation products. Our own plant has run this product group since 2010 and holds the core processes in-house: PP die-cutting and welding, ring mechanism assembly, paper conversion and binding. The specification, the tooling, the inspection file and the export documents stay under our own control. Where your programme also calls for stationery or office products outside this range, we consolidate them through a vetted supply chain and ship them against your filing order — one purchase order, one accountable supplier. Around 90% of the volume we handle ships to export markets.

What we make under OEM / ODM

We support both routes.

• OEM — you supply the specification, artwork and packaging; we produce to it on our own line.

• ODM — you start from the filing products we already make, and we adapt size, material, print and finish to your market.

Either way the work on those products runs on a line we own, so a change to material, print or mechanism is ours to make and ours to account for. Where a category comes from the integrated supply chain instead, we tell you at RFQ stage who holds that decision.

Typical product families we run at our own plant:

• File folders — 2-pocket, 3-flap, expanding and document folders in PP, PVC and paper.

• Ring binders — 2-ring, 3-ring, 4-ring, D-ring and lever arch mechanisms.

• Lever arch files — 51 mm and 75 mm spines, custom print and board weight.

• Expanding files & organisers — accordion files and document organisers.

• Document bags — document pouches and zip wallets in PP and PVC.

• Index dividers — punched dividers and tab sets for ring binders and lever arch files.

Beyond these filing and document-organisation families, related stationery and office products are consolidated through our vetted supply chain and shipped against your order — one purchase order, one accountable supplier. We tell you at RFQ stage which products run on our own line and which do not.

MOQ and order terms

We keep minimums low enough that you can trial before committing volume. MOQ — stock designs (no customisation): 500 pcs per model. MOQ — customised orders: from 1,000 pcs per model, and we quote the exact figure against your drawing rather than publish one number that fits nothing. Payment: 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy. FOB ports: Ningbo, with Shanghai and Guangzhou available.

We also decline some work, and it is faster to say so now: we do not open a private mould below the customised minimum for that product; we do not handle writing instruments or office furniture; and we do not take a brief without a drawing or a physical reference.

How a custom programme runs

• Brief — you send the specification, target price and volume.

• Sampling — we return a physical sample made on the line that will run your order, against your approved reference.

• IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC — material, in-process, final and outgoing checks on our own line, each recorded with measurements and photographs.

• Verification — you may appoint SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek to inspect at our plant, or at the facility producing your order where a category comes from the integrated supply chain.

• Shipment — carton count and seal number recorded before container loading.

Why we open our line to your inspector

We own the line that runs your order, so there is nothing to negotiate when you ask to see it. The four gates are ours, the measurements and photographs are ours, and we open them to your inspector rather than summarise them for you. Where a category comes from the integrated supply chain instead of our own plant, we name the facility at RFQ stage and arrange access there on the same terms. If a gate fails, the goods do not move, and you hear it from us before you hear it from your customer.

Compliance you can verify

Kingone is a Sedex member, membership number ZAA600189207, holding a completed SMETA 4-Pillar audit dated 9 March 2026 covering labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics. You can confirm it directly on the Sedex platform. That audit covers our own trading entity. It is not a product test and it does not substitute for REACH SVHC, EN71, CPSIA, Prop 65 or FSC — those are arranged per programme through an accredited laboratory and quoted with your RFQ.

FAQ

Do you manufacture the products yourselves?
Yes. Filing and document organisation products run at our own plant in Wenzhou — PP die-cutting and welding, ring mechanism assembly, paper conversion and binding. Related stationery and office categories are delivered through our integrated supply chain, and we tell you at RFQ stage which is which.

What is the minimum order?
500 pcs per model for stock designs; from 1,000 pcs per model for customised orders, quoted against your drawing.

Can I appoint my own inspector?
Yes — SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek, at our plant or at the facility producing your order, at your cost.

Do you hold BSCI / FSC / ISO?
We hold SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) in our own name. We do not hold BSCI, FSC, ISO or GRS. If your programme requires one, we will tell you at RFQ stage what we can arrange and what we cannot.
