We help distributors, private-label office brands and promotional companies bring filing and document-organisation products to market without owning the factory floor. Kingone is an OEM filing supplier based in Wenzhou, with production handled at our audited partner plants across Zhejiang.

What we make under OEM / ODM

We support both routes:

• OEM — you supply the spec, artwork and packaging; we produce to it at our audited partner lines.

• ODM — you start from our existing tooling (file folders, ring binders, lever arch files, expanding files, document bags, index dividers) and we adapt size, material, print and finish.

Typical product families we run:

• File folders — 2-pocket, 3-flap, expanding, document folders in PP, PVC and paper.

• Ring binders — 2-ring, 3-ring, 4-ring, D-ring and lever arch mechanisms.

• Lever arch files — 51 mm / 75 mm spines, custom print and board weight.

• Expanding files & organisers — accordion files, document organizers, index dividers.

MOQ and order terms

We keep MOQs deliberately low so you can trial before committing volume.

• MOQ — stock designs (no customisation): 500 pcs per model.

• MOQ — customised orders: from 1,000 pcs per model.

• Payment: 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy.

• FOB ports: Ningbo, Shanghai, Guangzhou.

• Exporting since: 2010, with around 90% of output going to export.

How a custom programme runs

1. Brief — you send spec, target price and volume.

2. Sampling — we return a physical sample against your approved reference.

3. IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC — material, in-process, final and outgoing checks at the partner line.

4. Verification — you may appoint SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek to inspect at the partner plant.

5. Shipment — carton count and seal number recorded before container loading.

Why buyers appoint their own inspection

We do not claim to own the plants. We qualify and audit a network of specialised makers and route each order to the partner best matched to the spec. That is why we support buyer-appointed third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek) at the partner plant, and can provide a redacted test report on request.

Kingone holds SEDEX-4P (SMETA 4-pillar) under member number ZAA600189207, audited on 9 March 2026. You can confirm it directly through the SEDEX platform — we do not ask you to take our word for it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manufacture the products yourselves?

We are an OEM filing supplier; production runs at our audited partner plants in Wenzhou. We manage sourcing, QC and shipment.

What is the minimum order?

500 pcs per model for stock designs; from 1,000 pcs for customised orders.

Can I appoint my own inspector?

Yes — SGS, BV, TÜV or Intertek at the partner plant, at your cost.

Do you hold BSCI / FSC / ISO?

We hold SEDEX-4P in our own name. If your programme requires another standard, we will tell you at RFQ stage and route you to a partner who holds it.
