Kingone is a Wenzhou-based stationery manufacturer, producing filing and document organisation products since 2010. Our own plant in Wenzhou runs the core processes — PP die-cutting and welding, ring mechanism assembly, paper conversion and binding — and we hold the specification, the tooling, the inspection file and the export documents in-house. Beyond our own factory, we integrate a vetted supply chain for related stationery and office products, so buyers can consolidate complementary categories through a single accountable supplier. Around 90% of the volume we handle leaves China.

What you buy from us is a manufactured product with the control that comes from owning the line. Anyone can forward your drawing to a plant. The difference shows up at the four points where a filing order actually goes wrong: material substituted after the approved sample, print registration drifting after the first thousand pieces, a mechanism tolerance that passes at the line and fails at your DC, and a container loaded differently from the plan. We put a gate at each of those four points and send you the measurements and the photographs, not a pass-or-fail email. If a gate fails, the goods do not move, and you hear it from us before you hear it from your customer.

On ethical compliance we point to one credential and we will not imply more. Kingone is a Sedex member, membership number ZAA600189207, and holds a completed SMETA 4-Pillar audit dated 9 March 2026 covering labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics. The number is published here so you can look us up on the Sedex platform rather than take our word for it. That audit covers our own trading entity. It is not a product test and it does not substitute for REACH SVHC, EN71, CPSIA, Prop 65 or FSC — those are arranged per programme through an accredited laboratory and quoted with your RFQ.

Our commercial defaults are published so you can qualify us in one read. Minimum order is 500 pcs per model on a stock specification. Where you want your own print, size, material grade or tooling, the minimum depends on the product and generally starts at 1,000 pcs per model — we quote the exact figure against your drawing rather than publish one number that fits nothing. Terms are 30% T/T deposit, FOB Ningbo with Shanghai and Guangzhou available. There is also a list of things we decline. We do not open a private mould below the customised minimum for that product. We do not handle writing instruments or office furniture. We do not take a brief without a drawing or a physical reference. And when your volume is large enough to fill our own line on its own, we will tell you directly rather than stretch our capacity.
